A Concurrent Enrollment Program provides qualified associate degree nursing (ADN) students a quality, affordable, accessible and innovative pathway for completing a bachelors of science in nursing (BSN) degree from a partnering California State University (CSU) within six (6) months after graduating with their ADN.
The uniqueness of this pathway model, in comparison to traditional articulated ADN-to-BSN partnerships, is that students qualify for financial aid at both institutions. This helps reduce historical equity barriers to achieving advanced nursing education. In this partnership, the financial aid is managed by the CSU.
